A Flat in Upscale Mumbai Costs More Than a Flat in Burj Khalifa!

A new commercial-cum-residential area in Dubai, Sheikh Zayed Road that has less outstanding views to offer but a 1500 square feet apartment put a price bracket between rs1 crore-rs1.5 crore (rs15 million) which is less costly than an apartment in upscale localities in Mumbai and Delhi.

According to Alwadiya, there are two types of buyers who park their investments in Dubai property. One who is eager to live on high-rise apartments and second, who prefers luxury lifestyle. He further added that, over one year, the apartment segment has witnessed a drop while there is an increase in demand for villas.

A study conducted on this year August which revealed that in Dubai, Indians have invested of around rs5670 crore (rs56.70 billion) to purchase 2173 properties. Also, Indians stood at first position among foreign buyers who buy property in Dubai.
