Could you tell us briefly about your family background?

I belong to a stable business family,where my father and 2 elder brothers are involve in family business for Jwellary.

Role Model

My Father is my role model, as i have come-across real meaning of life very closely by him and love it.Following words of him inspire me for my life:
1.Life should have vision, System to live it and Moral to follow the Path.
2.Every minutes of Life should be Value addition for Nation.

As I am from Business family background,I had the option to go with family business, but I deceided to do job and did MBA.

Current and Previous Responsibilities

I am working as Oracle Application Senior Finance Consultant which is also intend to my previous profile as Accountant. As an Accountant I gain experience of Accounting structure and movement of Business process which facilitates me in solutioning of current profile.

Most Important Lessons

I Can Say:

1. There should have honesty in duty/responsibility
2. Solutioning should be optimizable and Fair
3. Solution need to be durable and general acceptable
4. Idea must have to addressed to management which you think needful
5. Never expect idea need to be implemented given by you.

The Journey So Far

Very interesting journey i had,as after B.Com i would like to be Chartered Accountant but due to some family cricis we would not deceided to do CA, but suddenly move to MBA jsut to get some job and interesting thing about doing MBA to get salary atleast 10000/- PM.

A Fine Balance:

I think 'Work is worship' and Honesty in work can be made anything balance.

I am working as Oracle Apps Senior Functional Consultant and having expertize in India Localization modules.

Plans for the Future

I would like to do implementation of some of my idea, which is my dream as well to generate some employement in remote area or we can say utilization of resource in a fruitful manner which could be help in progress of Nation as well as individual.
