Advice For New Professionals:
Those starting new jobs need to sort through the abundance of information and avoid making many of the same mistakes new grads make. Every new employee has a job description. Some are well done and complete, others are vague. "Your job description is just the beginning: If you want to succeed in today's workplace, your job description is just a scratch on the surface of what you should be doing." Employees need to look beyond what they have been asked to do and see what needs to be done. Understand your new responsibilities and read more deeply into the whys behind the tasks you have been given.
Professional Strengths:
My strongest professional skill is my observation and tries to analyze every situation from different point of view.
The Decisions That Matter
Coming out of non-IT city like Nagpur to a totally different environment of Pune I think is an important decision in my life, I am not sure what is stored for me in future but definitely here in Pune I came to learn a lot of new technologies but most important about people and corporate culture.
Family Background
Come from a hardworking, middle class family. My father is government servant while my mother is a quintessential homemaker. Elder brother is doctor by profession.
Working Life Management:
I believe a good Work Life Balance is where your work, social and personal commitments take up manageable proportions of your time, and provide personal fulfillment.
Degrees That Matter:

I have started my career from very small company. We were 6 employees in company. There is no HR rules no timings no restrictions, but we always missed our deadlines because of unprofessionalism. Now I am in big MNC, new rules, which makes difference. I feel more responsible towards my work, society and life.
Prized Accomplishment(s):
I was very poor in my academics, but today I am innovating and developing new logics in business intelligence field, and I am proud of that.
The Journey So Far:
I have started my career as a junior developer. As time passes I have learnt lots of new technologies, domain and functional knowledge. Today I am only business intelligence developer for my company who is handling clients from 30 countries.
Career Profile:
Current company is deals in recovery audit. They have analytics tools for spend and account payable. I am handling data warehouse ETL and report development for various clients.
