About Anuradha A
Globally heads the Manufacturing Testing Practice , has over 19+ Yrs of experience in the Testing Telecom & IT Products and Services space and directly manages a P&L with a team of 700+ and revenues to the tune of 65 Mn$ for the Testing Practice. As the location anchor for the unit, she is also responsible for the 1800+ employees in Hyderabad. In the past, she was instrumental in building the Energy Utilities Testing Practice from scratch to 1200+ in size and 45 Mn$ of revenues in 2010. Additionally she has been incubating the Smart Grid testing center, Microsoft VSTS Test COE and the Mobile Apps Testing Lab for the unit. She was instrumental in developing Non-Effort based pricing models for testing, a corporate initiative for achieving Non-Linearity.
Core strengths lie in Practice Management, incubating new practices, Building Global motivated, high performance technology teams, and managing Large Testing programs and Labs. In the past she has worked as Director in a Telcom Product Company, where she setup and implemented the Product Qualification team and the Testing Services Group from scratch. Prior to that she was associated with a Govt. Subsidiary, leading validation and Government Approvals for large Telcom Switches .
