1. Lakshmi Niwas Mittal



Mittal, the richest Indian in the world is a steel magnate and the chairman and CEO of ArcelorMittal, the world’s largest steelmaking company. He is the independent director of Goldman Sachs, who built the first large Indian multinational company. His life is a rag-to-riches story and according to him, ‘’ everyone experiences tough times, it is a measure of your determination and dedication how you deal with them and how you can come through them’’.




2. Sunita Williams



Sunita Williams is an Indian-origin NASA astronaut who holds the record of the longest spaceflight (195 days) among female space travelers. She happens to be the second Indian-American woman who had the opportunity to go to space after the Late Kalpana Chawla. Apart from holding the record of longest spaceflight, she has two more records in her name (female space Travelers) - number of space walks (four) and total time spent on space walks (29 hours and 17 minutes).
