Xiaomi To Launch Redmi Note 2 Pro On Nov 24th Event


sdBENGALURU: Xiaomi seems to be on the rise in its launches as we see more and more of its products coming into the market. Xiaomi is hosting an event in China on November 24, where various reports suggest that it could be launching the much-rumored Redmi Note 2 Pro, according to bgr.in.

Xiaomi is planning to schedule an event on November 24th to introduce some of its new products. There were rumors that the company might unveil the Redmi Note 2 and even the Mi 5. Lin Bin, co-founder and President of Xiaomi posted a teaser image of the upcoming Smartphone in Golden color on weibo which confirms the long awaited launch of its new Smartphone’s.

The all new Redmi Note 2 Pro is expected to come with a dual-tone LED flash and a fingerprint sensor. It also comes with a metal unibody design, unlike polycarbonate body with removable back on Redmi Note 2 and Redmi Note 2 Prime Smartphone’s that were introduced back in August. Its rumored to come with a 5.5’’ screen with a full HD IPS display. 

Redmi Note 2 Pro is powered by a 2GHz Octa-Core MediaTek Helio X10 (MT6795) processor with PowerVR G6200 GPU for graphics with a 2GB LPDDR3 RAM and 16GB of internal memory which can be expanded up to 32GB via microSD card. The UI is based on the MIUI 7 version of Android 5.0 Lollipop. As far as the camera features go, the Redmi Note 2 Pro comes with a 13 MP rear camera with dual-tone LED Flash and with a 5MP front-facing camera.
