World's Top 10 Mobile Phone Manufacturers
Bangalore: It is really astonishing the way mobile phones have revolutionized the entire telecommunication system just under a decade’s time. The number of mobile phones sold per year is rocketing up and the entry of high end Smart phones added to the pace. According to Gartner report, the sales of smart phones overtook the sales of normal phones with Samsung championing the space. #10 Yulong
The Chinese manufacturer may not be much familiar in the Indian market; however when it comes to the number of units sold, Yulong holds the tenth position in the list. The Smartphone makers sold 32.60 million units in 2013 occupying a share of 1.8 percent of the total number of mobiles sold globally. Yulong sells its phones under the brand name Coolpad and overthrew HTC to occupy the tenth slot.
