4. Pikes Peak

Pikes Peak is an international hill climb that is organized by Gran Turismo. The event takes pride in being the second oldest motor sports race in America. The Pikes Peak Hill Climb takes place in Colorado Springs and the Pikes Peak region. This year marks the 100^th Anniversary of the race and 94^th Running of the event—Race to the Clouds. The race is set for a distance of 12.42 miles with 156 turns, with the initial point at 9,390 feet and the end point at the 14,115 foot summit of Pikes Peak Mountain. The racers battle thinning of air and depleting oxygen levels and not all competitors finish. At the end of the race the winner is titled the King of the Mountain.
