SI REVIEW: New Honda Jazz Vs Polo TDI

The Jazz gets the same 1.5-liter four-cylinder i-DTEC diesel engine which is seen on the City. This unit, churns out 100 PS and 200 Nm of torque and gets a 6-speed manual transmission.

On the other hand the Polo is available with an all-new 1.5-litre four cylinder TDI engine, which produces 89bhp and 230Nm. The Polo also has the equivalent GT TDI, on the other hand, gets the new 1.5-litre engine producing 103bhp of power and 250Nm of torque.

Although the 1.5-liter i-DTEC does enough on the city and highway driving conditions, we need to wait and watch how the Jazz performs with this unit. The Polo still stands out in terms of performance.
