In this epic book the author puts a point that God is nothing but a scientific hypothesis. The book was taken in a very wrong turn and was accused of hurting the religious sentiments of people around the world. As he totally dismissed the idea of existence of god, historians argued that his research performed was done in poor manner on important historical figures.

In Turkey, where 6,000 copies of this book were sold, the state prosecutor launched an investigation in 2007 to decide if the book’s publisher could be convicted of attacking Holy values. Later the court dismissed the charges.
