Watch Out For the 5 New Green Vehicles at the Auto Expo 2016

BENGALURU: Since the environmental issues are high on debate, the battery-run cars are considered to be future of the automobile industry. The same happened at the much anticipated Auto Expo 2016 Delhi as well, the event has witnessed the launch of new electric cars that have showed up with style, hinting the gradual expansion of electric car market as they are far above the ground in fuel efficiency and eco friendly too. Most of them are expected to hit the market in ongoing year. And if you are eager to note, here goes the list of five trending green vehicles at the Auto Expo 2016 event as compiled by the TOI.

Mahindra E-Verito

Mahindra, which is doing a decent business with the e2o, will soon be adding Verito to its arsenal of electric cars.  The company showcased the electric variant of the respective model at the event and the car is likely to get same engine that is equipped to the e2o. Hence, the same mileage is projected from the Verito, currently e2o delivers mileage close to 100 KM per one full charge.
