BENGALURU: Renault globally released its hatchback, the Kiwid in India and has received a lot appreciation in the country. The French car maker has indeed introduced a new segment in the car making industry, where the Kiwid is a combination of both hatchback SUV.

This ‘butch crossover’ design looks impressive and will take on its rivals like Maruti Suzuki Alto K10, WagonR and Hyundai Eon.

Price : 3 lakhs to 4 Lakhs (estimated price)

The Kiwid is said to begin sales in India during its festive seasons (Dewali and Dasara) and will be priced between 3 to 4 Lakhs. Taking on its rivals, Alto K10 is priced at 3.2 to 4 Lakhs, WagonR at 3.5 to 4.5 Lakhs. So, it is the Kiwid that out stands its rivals. This could make the Kiwid a winnerin its class and will steal the competition in terms of pricing.
