Moto GP to Grace Indian Tracks

Moto GPBANGALORE: For all the Moto GP fans out there, here some exciting news— Moto GP is all set to enter India. The sports commercial chief Carmelo Ezpeleta put out the word saying Moto GP is ready for India keeping India is the 2nd largest motorcycle market in mind reports huffingtonpost.in.

When we talk about biggies, for the first time Formula One grand prix was hosted in India during 2011. It received good reviews from the global community but it was ignored from the calendar after the third race in 2013.

The main setback in India, Formula One was classified as an entertainment rather than a sport, along with obstacles dealt with bureaucracy in shipping equipments into the country for the race.

Ezpeleta, the chief executive of Dorna Sports; holds the television and commercial rights to the sport, is hopeful that they have right mix to be successful in India considering India “very, very important market”, China at top making India the world’s second largest motorcycle market.
