But, the trend has been introduced in the country only in the recent times. This comes as a surprise, as India is renowned for its diversity in cuisine. Better late, than never, the trend is expected to grow around the country fast. Street food has existed since ages, and we all love that junk, but what about the hygiene, which is often compromised in such places.
