Toyota’s Vios, is the company’s C-segment offering which is made for the Indian market. The next year could be release and has already been spotted testing too.  As far as the rumors are concerned, the Vios could be launched here by the end of 2015 which is quite early for a car that has to be localized and most importantly get a diesel version on it.

Here, the diesel engines are widely accepted with both hands and in South East Asian markets, the Vios is a sedan only available in a petrol variant.

# Ford Fiesta Petrol Automatic

Sometime back, the automatic variant of the car was seen at the Ford dealership and the car featured a 1.5 liter Ti-VCT petrol motor. Soon it was speculated that the company will be expanding the Fiesta’s facelift variants in India with a new one.

The petrol powered sedans have been found to have picked up in sales these days and the Fiesta Petrol Automatic could prove as a good competitor to the Volkswagen’s TSI engine on the Vento. Ford fits in a quick shifting twin clutch automatic gearbox on the Fiesta which is similar to the Volkswagen sedan.
