Jim Corbett National Park, a project tiger reserve lies in the Nainital district of Uttarakhand. The magical landscape of Corbett comprises of hills, marshy depressions, river belts, grasslands and large lake is well known for its tiger richness. Taking a safari to watch wild life during the day time, sleeping in a camp during night time to the sound of wildlife is the best thing one can experience in this national park.  Although it is few tiger reserves in India that allows overnight stays in the midst of the National Park, the best time to visit is during October to June.
