The one to be made the next in line wicket keeping substitute for Dhoni, Robin Uthappa was passed on cards for Ambati Rayudu who made it finally to the team recently and most of all in the world cup squad. Uthappa was the one to open batting with Sachin in some much needed occasions, his hard hitting ability and unchokable to try in air shots.

With his innings building stint and stroke play in the last IPL have garnered hopes for the fans of making to the team, but lapse of all the selectors is to be seen as to the tournament’s result.

# Varun Aaron

This fast bowler in the Indian team can be said as the only one to make it good in the seam friendly conditions of New Zealand and Australia. But his fitness is of the concern with getting injured in the middle of a series makes him vulnerable, also his deliveries clock a speed over 150km/hr which is another reason to prone to injuries.

Aaron could have been an asset to the bowling side which seems so gullible now with no pacer rendering the pitches to their use.
