One in every four men in South Africa confesses of raping according the Medical Research Council survey. While 73 percent of the men included in the survey admit of raping at the juvenile age.   Shockingly only 1percent of the total rapes are reported. No wonder the country has the highest number of cases of deadly HIV disease. Rates of child sexual assault, rapes and female homicides are increasingly disturbing. 

#3 Sweden

The year 2013 accounted for 5,887 rape cases that got reported as per The Swedish National Council for Crime Prevention. Although rape is a difficult crime to inspect, the stats place Sweden as the fourth most unsafe city for women for the large number of rapes committed here. The country is also leading in Europe for the number of registered sexual offenses and rapes.
