Discoveries That Were Made Possible With Google Earth

The Egyptian Pyramids: Thanks to the Satellite image research available on Google, this helped Angela Micol, an archeology researcher find several sites in southern Egypt.

These sites that had wide and remarkable eroded mounds, which were triangular and stretched across 620ft in width—which means these mounds are three times larger than the Great Pyramid we see today. However, a further research is required to verify whether or not they are pyramids.

David Kennedy, a professor from the University of Western Australia explored Saudi Arabia using Google Earth and there he found this. This discovery could be a vital key to understand the patterns of civilization.
