Who Drives The Modi Government In India?


BANGALORE: India Today calls him “The Indispensable Mr. Jaitley power pivot of the Modi government”. The present Finance Minister of India, Arun Jaitley, let’s the nation dream of a GDP about which Indians proud of. The once Vice President of BCCI, today, Jaitley is the right hand of the Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Narendra Modi loves Jaitley. He needs Jaitley too. From smoothing the process of passing bills in Rajya Sabha to the NDA workings- Jaitley looks after all the issue. . From Jan Dhan Yojana to clearing off defense projects worth 80000 crore, how does Jaitley manage it all? Mr. Modi designated Jaitley with two portfolios in his tenure. Hence, India Today refers to him as the “Laxman of Modi government” while Amit Shah is the “Ram”.
Jaitley also made huge contributions for the sensex of the nation to have a good look. This makes India one of the emerging best markets in world trade.
With a healthy and solid budget, though Modi and Jaitley are rooting ways to sustain BJP government in the central, investors are uncertain about their stay. To this, Jaitley says, "Investors know the market much better than you and me, and therefore investors will assess the steps which are being taken and realistic conditions right now," he said.
When counter questioned about Indian stock market ecstasy, he added, “Well, I think markets aren't the best representative of the economy. Markets move on their own logic.”
The Finance Minister also believes that India will see a growth of 7.4pct in 2015- a rise that US and UK could probably think of.
With such high hopes from the Finance minister and the Prime Minister, the Indian citizens and investors really expect a miracle drive in the finance structure of the country. A fall down from the BJP government will make the government set back from its blooming reputation.
And if they succeed in keeping their promises, then while paying honors and salutes to the Prime Minister, the country should remember the real man behind- Arun Jaitley.
