There are many Indian and international cricketers who disappointed their fans by announcing their retirement from all forms of cricket once for all recently. Here are few cricketers whom we surely miss in action, who had been a huge advantage to their country’s cricket for a long time. No doubt, these cricketers are also missed by their team and they experience their absence in every step.

1. V.V.S Laxman:

Born as Vangipurapu Venkata Sai Laxman, is normally recognized by the people as V.V.S Laxman. He recently retired from the Indian cricket on August 18th, 2012 in Hyderabad. Laxman was recognized as India’s one of the famous middle order batsman who was very peaceful by nature though he came across few cutthroat competitions in his cricketing life. He was also honored by Padma Shri award, which is the fourth highest civilian award given by the Government of India. He was very well noted for his excellent timing and the ability to hit against any forms of spin. He had made his test debut on 20th November 1996 against South Africa and he last match was against Australia on Jan 24th, 2012. Totally he has represented India in 134 Test matches and 86 ODI matches. His best Test cricketing performance was against Australia where he made two double centuries in the year 2000-2001 and 2008-09. His best score was 281 which he made against Aussie in Kolkata during 2000-01.
