Mumbai: Pay for Location
In terms of real estate, Mumbai leads the list. Small plots of lands are sold for crores yet every year thousands of people shift to Mumbai in search of luxury and stardom. One vital reason for that may be the charm of Bollywood industry and the fast growing IT industry.

Everyone likes stardom and wants to spend their entire life among the stars. Ayussh Kalia of Colliers International, Mumbai said, “Luxury in Mumbai is all about location followed by space. South Mumbai’s benchmark for resale properties is valued at 7-8 crore minimum. These might not have high amenities but buyers are willing to pay the price.”

Varun Mehrotra of Prince Properties said, “Amenities extend from large dwelling spaces to home automation, landscaping and plush, thus costing up to 50 crore or more.”
