The most recent survey revealed that 60 percent of patients who are suffering from heart attack are Indians. A report by WHO says that by 2015, 2crore people will die in Indian subcontinent because of heart related problems. 25 percent of people dying with heart attack are below 40 years. Heart attack is often called the “silent killer.” Your body warns you with mild symptoms but sometimes you might not get many signals. So when you get the first hint immediately consult your doctor. Chest pain: Before a heart attack you can feel uneasiness in the centre of chest that can last for a few minutes or it may fluctuate. You might feel pressure on your chest or clutch and pain. It is a classic and typical symptom of heart attack. The pain usually felt under the breastbone and can be discomfort able sensation of pressure

Sweating and nausea: You might suddenly break down into sweat without doing any work. Some people can feel severe weakness and nausea.

Breathing issues: Breathlessness can be the result of heart failure. Sometimes people don’t feel pain or chest discomfort but they might feel shortness of breath. There can be just the shortness of breath.

Pain in other part of body: It is not necessary that while heart attack pain starts from heart. You can feel the pain in any part of your body such as shoulder, arms, neck, abdomen, elbow or jaw. The pain might fluctuate, it can come and go. The symptoms can  also include  nausea, breaking out in cold sweat and  discomfort in arms, back, neck, stomach or jaw.
