9 Most Least Trusted Professions

#3.TV Reporters

TV Reporters should be honest and courageous in understanding, gathering, and reporting information. They should not misrepresent summarizing a story with guess work and false news without verifying sources and checking the accuracy of information. The most controversial issues in modern reporting are media bias, particularly on political issues, but also with regard to cultural and other issues.

#4.Bankers

Since the financial crisis, there have been many banking scandals. There were many causes of the crisis, with analysts assigning different levels of charge to financial institutions, regulators, credit agencies, government housing policies, and consumers, among others. Financial reporter Matt Taibbi probably summed up the feelings of many Americans regarding the banking industry when he declared, “Goldman Sachs is a great vampire squid wrapped around the face of humanity . . . little better than a criminal enterprise that earns its billions by bilking the market, the government, and even its own clients in a bewildering variety of complex financial scams.”

#5.Lawyers

People hate lawyers because they represent the interests of people and corporations without really caring who they are, what they did, what harm they caused, or, how guilty they are. In every trial there's a winner and a loser. The lawyers do everything they could to protect their customers or to offend the opponents. However, according to Herb Fox, an appeals lawyer in Los Angeles, “Most lawyers are not unethical. They simply advocate the side they represent, and that often looks ‘unethical’ to the party who disagrees.”
