Shivalik Fossil Park:

Shivalik Fossil Park in Himachal Pradesh is dedicated to collection of prehistoric vertebrate fossils and skeletons recovered from the upper and middle Siwaliks geological formations of sandstones and clay at Suketi in the Sirmaur district of the respective state. Along with the fossils of the extinct animals and the park also house a museum, wherein the fossils are curated, the park is also acknowledged as the Asia’s biggest park and also one of the international centers to the pertaining studies.
