If your cylinder explodes you are entitled to 40 lakh cover!
All LPG Gas cylinders are insured by default without any formality. All gas agencies should have notice board in their agency office to notify consumer about gas cylinder insurance benefit. In case of any cylinder explosion causes death or property loses the consumers are entitled for a cover up to 40 lakhs. The consumer should use the gas for legal work only; otherwise you are not eligible for the claim.
Penalized for receiving gifts? Yes, they can be bribes
According to the Foreign Contribution Regulation Act 2010 any gift accepted by a government personal can be counted as a bribe. A police officer is always on duty, literally
According to the 1861 Police Act a police officer is always on duty. That means the officer can take action if they are being informed a crime or an incident even if they are not in uniforms. If someone complains to them they are not supposed to deny service telling that ‘I am not on duty’.
