Indo-Pak War 1971:

Lt. Arun Khetarpal an Indian war saint who without any help protected our country's soil by thwarting enemy’s endeavors of barging in into India. It was 1971 Indo-Pak War when 47th Infantry Brigade of Indian Army was subjected to domain of 17 Poona Horse (armed regiment) by Khetarpal. Unit's motivation was to develop an extension over the Basantar River. The mission was expected to send Poona Horse tanks on vigorously enemy mined region.

While the Indian engineers of Brigade troops were off halfway in clearing the mined district, they faced enacts in the area. The units looked for prompt assistance from the Poona Horse, who raced to the combat zones quickly paying little respect to less headcount among Indian troops. The Indian troops confronted setback in fight, since they were trapped by the Pakistani troops yet Khetarpal singularly fought against enemy tanks and broke four of them, yet he couldn't bear enemy assaults as his tank bombarded and flared up.
