When asked how she felt being one of the few female central bankers in the world, Yellen replied “I really think this is something we’re going to see increase over time, and it’s time for that to happen.” Yellen’s top priority is to maximize employment, reports Forbes. "The Federal Reserve can help if it does its job effectively," Yellen added. Janet Yellen holds a PhD in Economics from Yale University and was a professor of Economics at University of California. She is respected as a woman with immense intelligence.

Melinda Gates served in Microsoft as product manager, primarily developing multimedia and interactive products. She went on to date Bill Gates and finally married him. She is the co-founder of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, which strives to improve global health and education positively. She is selfless and a lady always with an extended hand to help. This foundation is controlled by three trustees- Bill Gates, Melinda Gates and Warren Buffet and has three wings under it namely Global Health, Global Development and United States Program.
