10 Events That Shook The World

BANGALORE: There will never be a day in this world when something grave or attention seeking doesn’t happen. Lately, a lots of incidents—from war to plane crashes—have been taken place;  creating chaos in certain parts of the globe.

 In the last one month we have witnessed some of the most disheartening, shocking and painful incidents— read on to know top 10 of such events.

The Israel- Palestinian war: A prolonged three week war shocked, not just the Middle East but also the world, when Hamas fired numerous rockets at Israel over the alleged killing of a Palestinian teen. Israel in retaliation, launched a war to destabilize the Hamas operation. The war has led to the killing of over 1000 Palestinian people and over 40 Israeli soldiers.

Though the two sides have called for a truce, it is uncertain if whether this will last as the Hamas have vowed to make Israel pay for the killing of Palestinian citizens. The world has criticized both sides for this violence against humanity and has called for a strong meeting to bring an end to this conflict between the two sides.
