'The Bourne Supremacy' and other films, even though boys are important, you still have hottest stars (heroines) doing action packed films," she said.

"Every top actress is in the biggest hit of the year. Just because it is an action film doesn't mean the heroine has nothing to do in it. This film also requires talented heroines," she said.

Kareena will be seen playing a Maharashtrian girl in the film.

"I have spoken in fluent Marathi in the film. I learnt the language on the sets. I picked it up quite fast and I have said quite a few bad words, but it was all fun. It is a fun character. She is doing 'Singham giri' and people will be surprised," the actress said.

Praising her co-star, she said, "Ajay is a natural actor. He is one of the finest actors in the industry.

Besides, he is a very good human being and a very dear friend of mine. I know him since the film 'Suhaag' which had him and my sister Karisma. Rohit was an assistant that time. He is like family to me. I respect his advice. Our relationship is beyond films," she added.
