1. Parineeta: The super hit film “ Parineeta” is based on a Bengali novel, “Parineeta” written by Sharat Chandra Chattopadhyay, and the film is directed by Pradeep Shankar. Although Pradeep managed to make this movie evocative and sweet with the fusion of drama and romance on the backdrops of Calcutta’s golden age. The film’s end was a melodrama with the 'break-the-wall-down' scene which can work better in television advertisements. Vidya Balan, Saif Ali Khan, Sanjay Dutt and Raima Sen were the main leads of this 2005 released film.
