Unchanged Measures Drives The Hopes : Budget 2015

The main aim of FFC grant was to avail states independence over spending like making centrally sponsored schemes replaced by state schemes. But the Central government has tried to control these schemes by cutting half of the expenditure sanctioned for these schemes previously.

Finance Minister promised to bring changes in non fuel subsidies, but they are still unchanged. Even there are several measures on which the government didn’t make any significant changes. All the reforms in the budget should be interconnected so that it will move together by stepping towards the growth of the country. But the FY 2015-16 was not in the track.
