The country is said to have the most purpose driven people among any other country in the world. The research shows that Panama has scored relatively high in four out of the five areas. Their cultural positivity, relative political stability, and growing economy are reasons as to why they are thriving and ranked the highest.

The only downside of the country is that poverty is still relevant and that women are not financially stable. If the country can create more jobs for women and reduce poverty, then Panama will be a one of the most economically thriving nations in the world.

Costa Rica: The other Central American country which closes border with Panama is next with the people thriving in three of the five factors.

The country is thriving physically, socially and with individual purpose, but the financial growth is slow along with community well being.

These two factors are holding the nation back from thriving fully. The economy of Costa Rica depends mostly on its tourism and plantation business, where on the other hand the government must check the growth of sex trade which is becoming rampant.

Denmark: The Nordic Country is a beautiful place with rich history. Gallup and Healthways research rates Denmark as the third most thriving country in the world. It scored high on three factors, that is, purpose of the people, financial state and community well being.
