Michele Ferrero is the owner of the eponymous chocolate maker Ferrero SpA, is one of the Europe's largest luxury chocolates company. Probably every one of us has tasted the Nutella, Mon Cheri, Kinder Chocolate, Ferrero Rocher, Tic Tacs and Kinder Eggs.

Ferrero was born on 26th April, 1925 and took in charge of the business operations after his father Pietro Ferrero who founded the company in 1946, Alba, Piedmont, Italy.  Michele Ferrero has a net worth of $26 billion, he is the richest person in Italy.

The Ferrero Group includes 38 trading companies, 18 factories and approximately 21, 500 employees.

3. Augusto and Giorgio Perfetti

Another two siblings, you might not be familiar with are Augusto & Giorgio Perfetti but surely you would have heard and enjoyed Mentos, Alpenliebe or Big Babol? The Italian billionaire brothers have a net worth of $7.5 billion after becoming heir to their father’s company; Perfetti Van Melle.

Initially the company was involved in manufacturing chewing gums, but now Chupa Chups, Mentos, Fruittella, and Smint, amongst many others.  The company became the third largest candy manufacturer in the world. Presently the brother’s are not involved in running the company.

4. Axel Oberwelland

Axel Oberwelland is CEO of August Storck Group, a German candy company. The Mamba, Toffiffee, Riesen, and Werther’s Original are the most famous brands manufactured from the company. Oberwelland’s net worth is $3.9 billion when his father died in 2005.
