He rented the home to Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries for their wedding but ever since has had problem doing so again since the property was left in ruins after the wedding.

He purchased the home from comedian Ellen DeGeneres and actress Portia de Rossi, for a whooping $20 million back in 2007. People who enter the huge Casa feel like they are in Spain because of its awe inspiring design that resembles coastal Spanish house.
