The IPO Story Of Indian Companies!

Last year 8 companies got clearances for IPO, namely Advance Enzyme Technologies, Intas Pharmaceuticals, Jyoti CNC Automation, Shemaroo Entertainment, Snowman Logistics, Great Eastern Energy Corp, Inox Wind and NCML Industries.

The turbine maker Inox Wind’s is in news with the 1, 000-crore IPO, as the promoter is speaking in favor of the new government. Companies like  Advance Enzyme and Intas that have got clearances last September have drawn a little attention in the news as if these companies don’t strike the market till the next month, they have to go through the entire SEBI process again, which means another 2-3 awaited months.

It will be interesting to see when these companies will enter in to the market or the private equity investors are waiting for the prices to run up, so that they can gain maximum profit when they get listed.
