Sher Bagh is surrounded by forests. The rooms are built in the shape of tents, each with their own little verandah. Each one is arranged in a semi-circle around a garden and tented pavilion, in keeping with their surroundings. The spacious main lodge has a sitting area and a library-bar on the upper level.

Sher Bagh boasts of 12 luxury hand-stitched tents decorated in the 20s hunting-style tents preferred by princes and maharajas. Wooden camping furniture, Raj-era accessories and traditional lanterns decorate each stylish tented room. While there is a stylish dining tent, the outdoor dining areas are more picturesque. Food is produced using ingredients from the hotel's own garden.
