iD Fresh Food All Set to Launch Their New Products

BANGALORE: In the recent scenario most of us are busy with work, so we don’t have much time to cook at home. While most of the families and bachelors often depend on a restaurant for their daily meal, the instant food packets are always there for a rescue. The concept has been introduced more than a decade ago but, now it is becoming a most popular choice among the public. The instant dosa, idly batters and curries are already a hit at the supermarkets now. Thus a ten year old Bangalore firm ‘iD Fresh Food’ is all set to introduce their packaged batter for Vada in to the market, reports K R Balasubhramanyam & Shonali Advani of Economic Times.

The business venture was initiated by PC Musthafa and his cousins ten years ago and it has been successfully competing with the famous contemporaries like MTR and Maiyas. These companies have already introduced varieties of instant food items to the market and in no time became a household name. As per their marketing strategy the company is also aiming to step into the diary product sector with their paneer and curd.

The CEO of the company PC Musthafa stated that, "All these new launches will happen before April. We have built a strong distribution network to market our new products. We are focusing more on growing our revenues these days and hope to gross about Rs 200 crore by the end of 2016-1. We are making a margin of 14 percent at Ebitda level, and always have been Ebitda positive."
