Dear FM, Here's The Country's Wish List For Budget 2015

2. Real Estate Sector:
In the last budget the real estate sector was one of the biggest beneficiaries with multiple measures like smart cities, direct tax investment, tax concessions, slum development projects, Real estate investment trusts, National Housing Bank and more. So this sector has less in their wish list. But the major wish they have is to re-introduce tax benefits under section 80 IB (10) of the Income Tax Act.

3. Education Sector:
Last year the government had made bombarding investments in the education sector. Example includes Pandit Madan Mohan Malviya New Teachers Training Programme (500crore), Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan (Rs 28,635 crore), Rashtriya Madhyamik Shiksha Abhiyan (Rs 4,966 crore) and A School Assessment Programme (30crore). With these, the current scene is that education is accessible and affordable for people living in rural areas. This budget should pull of the initiative of offering credit guarantee funds that would allow banks to give loans without collateral. Loans to girls/women should be mandated and the process should be faster.
