Next, their peers were invited to give feedback on these traits. The whole exercise gave rise to a culture map, to measure the culture of creativity prevalent in a company. The profile of the company is essentially the aggregate of the profiles of its employees.  The resultant list of 25 companies does not feature Google and Apple fares better than Microsoft. Sanofi: The French drug manufacturer is the fourth largest pharmaceutical company in prescription sales. It has reported 113,719 employees in 2011.

They are hungry for information, highly experimental and open to new ideas. These people are honest but not averse to telling white lies.
