Fortune India's Next 500 list includes IRCTC, Justdial, Oswal Wools


BENGALURU: The Fortune’s list of India's Next 500 companies is here, and firms such as Justdial, UTI Asset Management Company and IRCTC have been included in it. On the top of the list is Dynamatic Technologies with annual revenue of over 1,693 Cr INR. Many mid-sized organizations have clinched a place in the list and have been termed as ‘small wonders’ by the Fortune Magazine as reported by BI INDIA BUREAU.

Nectar Lifescience, which has featured in the list for the first time is on the second place in the list with annual revenue of 1,692 Cr INR. Oswal Wollen Mills follows Nectar Lifescience by generating 1,689 Cr INR. Following Oswal Wollen Mills is VRL Logistics and Hitachi Home & Life Solutions with annual revenue of 1,682.5 and 1,682.18 Cr INR respectively.

According to the magazine, these firms have generated a revenue of 5,14,788 Cr INR collectively in the last year, and have a revenue of more than 1,000 Cr INR on an average.

The biggest e-commerce portal in India, Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) is also on the list along with Justdial, which has been included in the list for the first time. The list was formulated by including firms from various industries and sectors like basic materials; financial services; food and agri products; pharma and information technology; capital goods and iron and steel.

Another new entrant in the list is UTI Asset Management Company which has been placed at the 449th position.
