The Bank of America Corporation is an American multinational banking and financial services corporation headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina. It is the second largest bank holding company in the United States by assets.

Among the big banks, Bank of America is considered to be the worst bank because of the strict regulations and fines resulting in cost-cutting measures that has deteriorated the customer’s experience.

The bank continues to discard locations as consumers increasingly use of mobile devices for banking and it seems that the branch closings will worsen customer’s experiences with the bank.

Is an American cable telecommunications company that operates in 29 states and has 31 operating divisions, and it is the second largest cable company in the U.S. behind only Comcast.

In December 2013, the Federal Trade Commission fined Time Warner Cable $1.9 million for charging higher rates to customers without notifying them, since then Time Warner Cable lost more than 800,000 video users and 20 percent of survey respondents said they had a "poor" customer service experience.
