BANGALORE: Considered as a backbone of a company, a CEO’s qualities and traits reflect from the company profile and satisfied employees. The CEO has a responsibility for upholding the success and the quality-working environment of the company. But, what if the position is taken for granted? It gives nothing but high employee dissatisfaction. Not all CEOs are perfect; some CEOs are even on the list of poor rated CEOs among employees. 1. Edward S. Lampert: Edward S Lampert, the CEO of Sears Holdings Corporation oversaw the merger of Kmart and Sears and he struggled a lot according to 24/7 Wall Street. Earlier Lampert served the holding company as a Chairman, and recently became the CEO as well. Half of all shares are controlled through his fund ESL Investments. Sears seems to be disappointed under Lampert’s management as it has been struggling through profits and revenues and was not able to grow. The employees also rated him as the worst CEO as the company’s revenue earnings and sales have declined significantly.
