Bangalore: There are no particular set of rules which can measure what are the qualities one should posses to make a good CEO. Few of the successful CEOs have been from very ordinary background, which have set extraordinary examples of leadership. To a company nothing more is essential than a CEO who is able to judge the market condition of both today and tomorrow. The importance of computers was foresighted by Bill Gates much before anyone else and the same was with Steve Jobs to understand the potential of mobile computing. Foresightedness of the situations by the CEO not only helps to keep pace with the changing market trends but also increases the risk taking ability of the company.

However, it appears to be a "copy-paste" job, done by someone whose knowledge of English grammar is poor (and that is putting it mildly). This has led to some very confusing statements in the article.
