1: Hi,
Its not the complete story. Many companies do have these things but on paper to showcase. They are not ready to free time to make paperwork into a reality coz if they do then how they will make revenues and also the facilities given on paper is high compared to the what employee get.
So as per me its totally not true what the article is written about. Instead of going and interviewing high officials you go and interview the employees who can explain you more clearly.
Best Regards,

2: The statistics about best employees is a real hog-wash. Don't fool people by taking half-backed surveys and deciding who are the best employees. I can take a legal challenge on some of the qualities(which are absolutely wanting in terms of etiquette, ethics, etc) in employees of companies like Bharti Airtel, MakeMyTrip(the worst employees ever - they don't even have the decency to keep their words) and Bharti Airtel - lesser said the better. I will challenge them to sue me for defamation...............

4: There is lobby politics especially bengali lobby in xxx and only certain people are promoted according to favouritism.Hard working and dedicated people who give everything may not rise from simple asst manager to higher level positions. They will only get salary raise.Atlast they get frustrated and leave the organisation.
