10 Cars Women Love

Bangalore: How much ever we feel the difference between man and woman is heading towards extinction, but the sex gap still persists when it comes to buying a car. If men are known to think with their heads, women are known to think from heart. Men go for sport vehicles, SUVs or heavy duty vehicles, whereas women are inclined towards small, fuel efficient cars. Listed are the cars that women prefer to buy.

Volvo S40
The Volvo S40 was a solid executive car manufactured by Volvo Cars. It introduced the first generation S40 (Saloon) and V40 (Versatility/estate) cars in 1995. The second generation arrived in 2004, and the estate's name changed to V50. The range was swapped by the new Volvo V40 five-door hatchback in 2012. Around 57 percent of women prefer buying this car and the hatchback is priced at around 25 lakh. The S40 was selected for the World Car of the Year award for 2005 and won the Canadian Car of the Year Best New Sport Compact award for 2005. It was also nominated the South African Car of the Year for 2005 by the South African Guild of Motoring Journalists.
