With over 25 years of experience in the telecommunication technology space, encompassing product management, product marketing, technical sales, and business development, Anil Sabnis has recently taken over as the Senior VP - Business Strategies, at BayTalkitec. Having a BE degree from the Bangalore University, and Masters in computer science from the U.S., Sabnis started his career in the technical front; but as he enjoyed interaction with customers he first moved towards pre-sales and later completely took over the business operations and served at senior levels in global organizations such as Unisys, Intel Dialogic, Interactive Intelligence, and Servion Global Solutions.

In his new role Anil will be responsible for leading the new 3G/2.5G mobile VAS division, alliances and partnerships, and the overall business strategy function for Bay Talkitec’s converged communication offering. He feels that his greatest challenge would be increasing the size of the organization in order to meet the customer requirements and growing the different streams of services and products that the company has to offer. He believes in the simple mantra of ‘working hard and being focused’.

Quite a family person Sabnis, in leisure, likes to spend time with his family. Being a health freak, he likes to jog a lot and frequently participates in marathons. Last month, he participated in the Bangalore Ultra Marathon and is currently preparing for the upcoming marathon in Chennai.
