PMP Exam Prep Program: This is a four (4) Day class room based training program designed as per PMBOK version 4. The program have been structured and designed to make sure the participants thoroughly understand to be able to confidently clear the PMP certification in first attempt and also be able to apply the Project Management best practices in their day to day Project Activities.
PMI – ACP: This is a Three (3) Day class room based training program designed to help participants clear the PMI-ACP certification. This carefully designed program helps participants apply Agile practices effectively and also prepare them to take up the ACP Exams more confidently.
Six Sigma Green Belt: This is a Four (4) Day class room based training program with a focus on relating concepts to applying them to project situations. This training is designed with lot of exercises to help participants apply them in their real time project situations to reap improved quantitative benefits.
MS Project 2007/2010: A Two (2) day intensive training program designed based on situational and practical examples. The course is designed to help participants understand the underlying concepts of managing scope, time and cost and how the same can be effectively managed using MS Project Tool. At the end of the training, participants would be able to confidently manage projects using MS-Project tool with a thorough understanding of scheduling concepts and how to manage changing project scenario's by applying the scheduling concepts in a most effective way using best of MS-Project features.
Certified Associate in Project Management-CAPM: A four Day class room based training program designed to help entry level Project Managers to climb up in their project management career. Participants would be exposed to practical project scenarios and relating them to project management concepts. Participants would be able to clear the CAPM certification and be more confident to take up next level project management challenging roles in their professional career.
Primavera: A two day class room based training designed to help participants understand project management using best of scheduling features using Primavera project planner. Primavera provides the most important aspect to a project which is the “Control” and project team collaboration. It is the choice of project management professionals primarily among civil design engineers, architects, engineering design and management community and other related verticals.
Software Excellence Using Extreme Programming Practices: This one-day workshop on “Software Excellence using Extreme Programming Practices“ focuses on some of the development practices of Extreme Programming like Test-Driven Development (TDD) , Refactoring , Pair Programming and Continuous Integration. Participants would be taken through quiz and exercises to help them understand the concepts clearly.
Compatibility – Agile & CMMI: This one-day workshop help participants to understand the underlying benefits of Agile practices within the CMMI framework to get the best of both worlds. The program focuses on discussions, explore, bring out real issues, challenges and possible solutions on joint adoption of these two approaches for product development and delivery. It is designed to be interactive and provoke discussions on effective use of Agile practices in a CMMi environment. |
