All the earlier version of the Xiaomi handsets came with a top notch camera on their backs. Similarly, the Xiaomi Mi4i pinned with a 13-megapixel shooter coupled with a dual-tone flash.

There are improvements done to the camera which now allows better photos to be taken in low-light. A 5 mega pixel shooter on the front can be used for selfies and video calling.

A second-generation 1.7GHz Snapdragon 615 octa-core 64-bit processor powers the phone with a 2GB of RAM. The Mi4i is pretty fast when it comes to opening and closing of apps and handles multitasking quite well too. A 3120 mAh battery powers the device offering about one and a half day of charge.

On the storage front, the handset brings in a 16GB of internal memory with no option of further expanding it.
