HTC Windows Phone 8X comes with a 4.3 inch super LCD 2 touch screen with Gorilla Glass 2 screen protection. It is powered by a 1.5 GHz dual core Qualcomm S4 processor which is backed by 1 GB of RAM. The smartphone comes with an internal memory of 16 GB with a microSD card slot for expanding storage space. It features an 8 mega pixel camera with autofocus and LED flash along with a 2.1 mega pixel front facing camera. The phone functions on Windows Phone 8 operating system.

HTC Windows Phone 8S is a slightly smaller version of Windows Phone 8X. Windows Phone 8S comes with a 4 inch super LCD touch screen. This phone also comes with a Gorilla Glass scratch protection.  It comes with 5 mega pixel camera at the back with LED flash but unlike its cousin this handset lacks a front facing camera. It is powered by a 1 GHz dual core Qualcomm S4 processor backed by 512 MB of RAM. The phone also features 16 GB on internal storage but no slot for a microSD card.
